The William Mary men's basketball team postponed all games through Dec. 12 after a positive COVID-19 test.
The Tribe will not travel from Williamsburg, Va., to Raleigh, N.C., for Monday night's game at North Carolina State.
Games at home against Hampton (Dec. 3), at George Washington (Dec. 5), at Norfolk State (Dec. 9) and at Virginia (Dec. 12) will not be played as scheduled.
All players, coaches, trainers and managers will quarantine for 14 days, according to a statement released Monday.
"The health and safety of our student-athletes, staff and community will always be the priority," interim athletic director Jeremy Martin said. "We will continue to work closely with university leadership and our medical personnel to ensure we are maintaining the safest possible environment for all involved."
Barring any setbacks, the team will resume activities on Dec. 14.
A member of the Colonial Athletic Association, William Mary (0-1) opened its season with an 86-78 loss at Old Dominion on Saturday.
