The Seattle Seahawks 2026 schedule release video, which was a take on a fragrance commercial, dropped on Thursday.

On Thursday, the NFL announced the full slate of games for the 2026 season, which, for the Seahawks, includes nine home games and eight road games.
Along with their six games against NFC West opponents in the Rams, 49ers and Cardinals, the Seahawks will host games against the Cowboys, Giants, Chiefs, Chargers, Bears and Patriots, and will play road games against the Eagles, Commanders, Broncos, Raiders and Panthers.
This year, the Seahawks schedule release video was a comedic take on fragrance commercials, featuring Seahawks players, Seahawks Legend Marshawn Lynch, Voice of the Seahawks Steve Raible and actors/Seahwaks fans Josh Lucas, Joel McHale and Pierson Fode.
The video unveiled different fragrances, which were meant to poke fun at this season's opponents.

In collaboration withPackrat, Seattle's schedule release video was meant to be unconventional. Creative director of Packrat and director of the video, Zeek Earl said, "As a filmmaker, perfume commercials are this very distinctive genre because there's kind of no rules and they're just like ridiculous, but also from my perspective, look really fun to make. So, given how unconventional, a fragrance coming from football players in the NFL, it just felt like a good creative platform."
The video was filmed on a handful of different days, including a day at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center where the crew shot scenes with tight end AJ Barner, safety Julian Love, safety Nick Emmanwori and Taima.
Emmanwori's scene was filled with some smack talk, to promote the fragrance "Trash Talk."
When Emmanwori walked in the room for his scene, the director said, "I heard you're going to talk some [expletive] for us."
And with a laugh, Emmanwori replied, "Yeah, I'm good for that."
He went on to film a few takes which ranged from two-word responses to phrases like, "You're hot garbage. I'm bigger than you. Faster than you. Stronger than you. I'm the real deal."
In Barner's scene he was decked out with a fur coat and a cowboy hat, a nod to his Super Bowl LX parade outfit that he said was thrifted.
He was "selling" the signature scent of the Seattle Seahawks.
Barner opens up the schedule release video with close-up shots that took him just one take to get. The director shot more than one take for safe measure, but the production crew joked that Barner may have a chance at a career in acting.
Love's scene was to promote "The Dark Side" fragrance, representing the entire defense. The bottle was a replica of the stacked helmet tower of all the opponents the Seahawks beat during the 2025 season.
And in true Marshawn Lynch fashion, before he filmed his portion of the video, his most important questions was "Can I use the "F" word?"
He then went on to throw fun jabs at Seattle's divisional opponents.
After the filming of the video was finished and editing was nearly done, Earl said, "I think with the schedule release video, you just hope that [viewers are] going to be surprised. Like they didn't see it coming and it takes you on just a very fast journey that continues to sort of upset your expectations and doesn't get stale because it's just this really unique opportunity to get to have a ton of fun This is really the time to poke fun at everything and just show the guys goofing around is a really unique opportunity."
